The JET III Pulse Collector is the culmination of continuous development of pulse jet collectors through three generations. Pulse collectors periodically inject compressed air into the filter bags, flexing them in a programmed sequence to "pulse off" the dust. JET III offers high performance, low operating costs and wide application in many demanding applications.
Its on-line bag cleaning capability means the collector can remain in continuous operation while the bags are cleaned.
The JET III module can be shipped pre-assembled to keepinstallation time and costs to a minimum.
JET VIP™ Pulse Systems
The JET VIP Intermediate Pulse Collectors are designed for larger gas volumes, using bags up to 8 metres in length. Large double diaphragm valves deliver a low pressure pulse through a "tuned" manifold delivery system. This cleans bags gently but
thoroughly.
JET 2000™ Pleated Filter Systems
The JET 2000 provides more surface area than conventional tubular bags. The light weight filters are snapped in place without the need for tools and are cleaned by an efficient pulse jet. It can be used on a wide range of industrial dust collection applications.
Reverse Air and Shake/Deflate Systems
Wheelabrator custom-designed reverse air and shake/deflate systems employ either a reverse "back washing" action or a rhythmic shaking of the filter tubes to release collected dust for subsequent disposal. They are suited for coal-fired boilers and primary manufacturing processes such as smelting.
