Here, craftsmen with hundreds of years of combined experience, work with state-of-the-art technology to produce custom-built equipment and systems.
Foremen are specialized on specific pieces of equipment and operators are all cross-trained to run multiple machines.
Communication is strengthened by "high-touch" interaction with the engineering and electrical controls personnel. This collaboration, supported by TQM teams, results in greater customer satisfaction through improved efficiency, problem-solving, and consistency.

Griffin recognized some years ago the needs to be flexible and provide solutions that are cost effective. This involves close liaison with the customer, identifying the need and providing a solution that meets the budget. The solution may involve machinery to be manufactured complete or an engineering package covering designs and drawings for manufacture in the country of destination. Griffin is involved throughout this process, guiding local fabricators and ensuring that quality standards are maintained.
