Roller Sieving and Desanding

The new Roller Sieve from Griffin offers several options to processors dependent upon the degree of sieving that is needed. This drawing shows the complete sieving complex which comprises :

Roller infeed deck for course separation of product. This section also includes rollers covered in a stainless steel Velcro material for the removal of string, Hessian, Foreign matter etc.

Intermediate band conveyor for high efficiency sieving. This returns the product that passes through the rollers to the start of the sieving area on the lower sieving conveyor to ensure that the product is exposed to the maximum sieving area.
