DESIGN FEATURES

• Hot rolled or stainless steel side walls for long life
• Clean design overlapping belt conveyors
• Mechanical drive on pusher, and blade. Pneumatic actuation of pusher and retainer up-down motion. No hydraulics.
• Easy to replace cutting blades.
• Fully automated to yield constant flow rates by varying slice thicknesses to accommodate bale sizes. Can also be set to operate on fixed slice thickness.

FLEXIBILITY TO HANDLE DIFFERENT SIZED BALES ON-THE-FLY...
The Vertical Slicer, can be fully automated to yield constant flow rates regardless of the variation in sizes of bales coming in. This allows blending on the slicing line. The system will even select by-pass for small bales not requiring slicing.

FULL ACCESSABILITY FOR MAINTENANCE...
The Vertical Slicer is fitted with eight full height doors. Maintenance access to all components is as easy as opening a door. Thanks to large windows operator's also have a full view of the whole product path during operation.

UTMOST IN SAFETY...
The Vertical Slicer is designed with the absolute safety of the personnel in mind. All doors and windows are protected with safety switches. All moving components, including the blade mechanism are provided with locking devices. Handling fixtures assure safety during replacement of blades.
