The single pass vertical lift separation used by our exclusive ModSwan and Swan Separators eliminates bird nesting, a major cause of process inefficiency. And, because your product passes through each chamber only once, you get higher product quality, higher throughput rates, and less product degradation than with conventional separators.

The Swan Separator uses a single-moving-part construction (the inlet rotor) to give you dependable performance with low maintenance. An optional high speed belt is also available to provide even lower product degradation.

The ModSwan Separators combine the proven technology of multiple Swan separators into a compact design that requires significantly less floor space. This modular construction eliminates the need for transport circuits from separator to separator, further reducing product degradation and significantly lowering energy requirements.
